Life Changing Green Smoothie

This green smoothie tastes delicious, is simple to make and is loaded with nutrients that contribute to glowing skin and endless energy. After just one glass, I promise you’ll be a green smoothie convert for life. Smoothies are more substantial than juices, so I often make them as a complete meal. You can experiment with ingredients and can adjust the macronutrient balance by adding protein that will enhance your detox and make your body glow.
Ingredients
4 baby cos lettuce leaves, washed
small handful baby spinach
1 whole, peeled orange
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 1/2 cups filtered water
2 teaspoons Healthy Chef Immune Support
1 teaspoon Everyday Greens
1 tablespoon Healthy Chef Gut Collagen
1 cup of ice
Method
COMBINE spinach, cos lettuce, oranges, lemon, water, Healthy Chef everyday greens, Immune Support, marine collagen and ice.
BLEND until smooth.
POUR into a generous glass and enjoy.
