Registration
By registering with the Healthy Chef, you will be able to access all of your orders in one place and your address will be saved for faster checkout. However, you can also checkout as a guest, without creating an account.
Secure Payment Processing
All payments made on the heatlhychef.com website are encrypted using secure technology and your card details are not retained or visible to our employees.
Payment Types
- We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.
- Once you have placed your order, we will charge your credit card automatically to the total amount of your order. Please note that we do not keep your card numbers on file.
- The prices quoted in NZ and US dollars are an estimate only and the final cost will be dependent on the current global currency exchange rate from your bank at the time of purchase.
- All orders are processed in AUD however for customers in the USA and NZ we have estimated the cost of the order in USD and NZD respectively for your convenience.
Promotional Codes and Gift Vouchers
If you are using a promotional code, please enter it in the promotional code box on the checkout page. The discount will automatically be applied.
If you have a gift voucher, please enter it on the checkout page and it will be automatically applied. Purchased gift vouchers are non-refundable.
Order Confirmation
You will receive an email to confirm that we have received your order. If you have a problem processing your payment online or are not certain if your payment was successful, please call our customer service team on +61 (2) 9281 1444, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
Amending or Cancelling your Order
If you have any concerns about an order you’ve already placed, please contact our customer service team via phone or email. Please note that once an order has been placed, it can not be altered as our warehouse ships straight away.
