Ingredients
250 ml (1 cup) coconut water or filtered water
125 ml (1/2 cup) unsweetened almond milk
2 teaspoons Healthy Chef Collagen Coffee
2 tablespoons Healthy Chef Pure Protein (you can use pure native WPI, Organic Pea Protein or Body Shaping Protein)
1 small banana (optional)
1/2 cup ice to blend
Method
COMBINE ingredients into a blender.
BLEND until smooth and creamy.
DRINK and enjoy.
